District Testing  

This site contains information on the various Testing Programs  utilized by the El Reno Public Schools.  
The goal of the ERPS Testing Programs is to improve academic achievement for all of our  El Reno Public School students. 

Oklahoma State Achievement Tests are state mandated standardized tests

required for public schools to receive federal and state funding.

These tests are divided into 3 Categories.

EOI 

End of Instruction Test

Grades  8 – 12

Assessments given when a student has completed instruction in these tested areas.

Algebra  I 

Algebra  II

Geometry

English  II

English  III

Biology  I

US History 

Students in Grades 11 and below, must pass Algebra I & English II
plus 2 of the other 7 tests.

OCCT - CRT

(Oklahoma Core Curriculum – Criterion Reference Test)

Grades 3 - 8

Assessments used to assess student achievement

for the majority of regular education students.

Tested Subjects:

3^rd Grade Reading and Math

4^th Grade Reading and Math

5^th  Grade Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Writing

6^th  Grade Reading and Math

7^th  Grade Reading, Math, and Geography

8^th  Grade Reading, Math, Science, US History, and Writing

OMAAP

(Oklahoma Modified Alternative Assessment Program) 

Grades 3 -12  

Modified versions of EOI & OCCT/CRT Test intended for some students

on IEPs with disabilities for whom the regular test are inappropriate.

 Grades 3 -12

A Portfolio Alternate Academic Assessment for EOI & OCCT/CRT Test

intended for some students on IEPs with the most severe cognitive disabilities.
